the location is central near popular attractions. staff members were generally helpful .
my room lacked expected amenities like a coffee machine. i also noticed the minibar was empty upon arrival.

Decent hotel stay.
easy subway great location missing coffee tea making facilities
The location is great. I walked to many places, including Times Square and Broadway shows. Subway access is very easy (I used it daily).
I found that there were no coffee or tea-making facilities in the room. I think this is a basic amenity (especially for a hotel of this caliber).

Really good Midtown Experience
fantastic room concierge team special service
Erica and Tim helped me secure a fantastic room upon arrival. The concierge team fulfilled all my requests. Housekeeping serviced my room beautifully each day. The turndown service was special. (It's the little things!).
The room lacked a coffee machine. It also lacked a kettle.

The hotel sits close to Bryant Park and just off Times Square. It's also a short two-minute walk to the subway. This location allows quick access to many city attractions.

The hotel has a rooftop bar, which offers a nice place to unwind after a busy day. I found the rooftop bar a lovely place to relax with a great drink after sightseeing. The hotel caters to every need with restaurants and a café.

Fantastic Stay!
spacious room modern gym rooftop view
I was pleased with the spacious room (it was a Premier City View Two Queen Beds). The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The rooftop bar offered beautiful views.
The wait for the elevators could sometimes be a bit long.

The hotel is centrally located with convenient access to many attractions. The subway entrance is just around the corner, made getting around town very easy. Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

The hotel offers complimentary coffee in the lobby each morning. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). The rooftop restaurant provides a unique dining experience with panoramic views.

friendly staff lovely bar convenient location carpet stains poor maintenance disastrous valet
the staff was so warm and friendly. i loved the rooftop bar, it was really lovely! the hotel's location is super close to the subway, very convenient.
the rooms seem a bit worn, i noticed visible stains across the carpet. the maintenance didn't seem great for the price i paid! also, the valet service caused me to almost miss my flight, a total disaster
